my husband and i enjoyed our stay. the hotel has bright spacious rooms and multiple swimming pools. the beachfront has infinity pools, a beach bar, and a restaurant (the sunset happy hour brought nice cocktails).
the room was quite noisy, with motorbike sounds audible even late at night. mosquito bites were also a problem, and i noticed hair in the bathroom, which affected my child.

breakfast on the beach had many options. the menu has great variety, and the thai food is delicious. staff delivers properly spicy thai dishes if requested (i especially liked the fresh coconuts).

i so loved the breakfast buffet, there are so many options. the fresh noodle soups was a delight. the staff is so friendly and very helpful. the garden at the resort is beautifully.
the pillows was bumpy. the hotel looks a little outdated. i think the hotel can get top in class for a few more bucks.

i found the pools to be large with easy beach access it was lovely to walk through the grounds to the beach the palm trees and koi fish made the garden special the breakfast had good variety and the room felt spacious i enjoyed the meals and drinks at the beach bar and restaurant. the staff seemed friendly and always eager to help. my room was a good size it included everything that i required. the location proved convenient i could easily walk to both the night market and various beachside restaurants. i felt the value i received matched what i spent and i especially appreciated cleo and kitti's help with planning day trips. the size of the rooms stood out and my family felt comfortable in the tropical canopy we stayed in. the staff consistently offered excellent service and maintained a kid friendly environment. the variety of options and tasty food at breakfast and the hotel bar made meal times easy and enjoyable. the proximity to the fisherman's market helped with shopping. the meals tasted amazing with generous servings. i found the rooms spacious and clean and the bed comfortable the location to night markets was very close by.

the hotel pool bar was acceptable and the staff were efficient enough.
The noise from the nearby road was unacceptable. I could hear traffic at all hours. the air conditioning unit in my room malfunctioned and made loud noises throughout the night. maintenance arrived late and the repair was temporary at best.
