Is swimming in the sea safe during the summer months, and are the pools heated?

Swimming at the beach is safe in August. However, swimming is not recommended in November, December, and January. Additionally, the pools and plunge pools are not heated.
Can I participate in yoga classes offered at the resort? What are the prices?
